About Rostrum... We are a not-for-profit public speaking organisation that was first established in Australia in 1930. Rostrum is dedicated to helping people from all walks of life improve their speaking, presentation and communication skills. Members develop these skills in a safe, supportive and friendly environment, progressing at their own pace. They begin with simple introductory exercises in the Personal Development Program and then progress via other structured programs.
